Green Arrow guest-stars as Robin and Spoiler try to deal with an influx of guns in Tim Drake's school, Gotham Heights High, a problem that leads to the tragic death of a supporting character.
Summary of Stephness: Robin, Spoiler, and Green Arrow (Conner Hawke) dive into a fight with gunrunners packing serious heat.
Tim narrates what led the trio to that fight - a trail of a classmate with a gun at Tim's school, an unintentional team-up with Green Arrow which is crashed when Steph takes out a hood with a shotgun trained on the pair. She was staking out the gang. As they all get to know each other (and Tim is terrible about using her code name), they find that they're all chasing the same gang running guns to kids.
They interrogate the hood Steph took out by having Green Arrow practice some William Tell - but when Spoiler covers his eyes, the hood starts talking. Spoiler insists that the group meet up tomorrow to follow up on the lead, leaving Tim with some nice banter to puncture his ego.
Flashing back to the fight that opened the issue, Tim recalls that his classmate was killed in a gun battle with this gang. He loses control as a result, nearly beating one of the criminals to death, and Spoiler and Green Arrow have to pull him off.
