Steph: "Vigilante games are the reason Tim's gone. I won't be a party to them."
“NIGHT OF THE MONSTER MEN” part five! The hunt for Hugo Strange rages onward as the Manipulator rises and uses the citizens of Gotham City to shield itself from the Bat-Family. All while the monstrous version of Nightwing looms over Gotham City.
Summary of Stephness: Steph drives herself and Cass to the team rendezvous in a lovely station wagon, which is immediately smushed by a thrown train. Gotham Girl rescues Steph and Dick, taking them to the top of a tower at Steph's instruction (though she makes a harsh comment about "vigilante games" causing Tim's death). She sets up a holo-display to track Hugo Strange and his plans. Citing her father's skills, she decrypts surveillance of Strange's manipulation of the corpses who became the Monster Men. One of the monsters closes on Dick and Steph's position, and she gets the information just before they must jump to safety.
Batman assigns each of his team members to a Watchtower, and Steph tells him Strange is in Anders Towers.
