In Joker: Last Laugh #3, Oracle sent Spoiler and Batgirl to save Harley Quinn from Dervish, Carnivora, Phobia and Killer Frost, who had been brainwashed to deliver Harley to The Joker so he could have a kid with her before his untimely demise.
Batgirl and Spoiler ended up being captured along with Harley, but as Stephanie said, Oracle dialed "1-800-Power Girl" and the powerhouse Karen Starr took out the villians and rescued the girls. Stephanie flashed her heroine a thumbs up, chirping, "Is it just me, or are blondes more fun in this outfit?" Karen then took Harley to the proper authorities.
