Part 3 of the 4-part "War Crimes!" It's an old-fashioned throw down when Batman and the Joker lock horns!
Summary of Stephness: Batman lays flowers publicly in front of a memorial for Steph as Robin, then confronts Ms. Chen, the reporter assisting Arnold Black to discover Black's location. Batman then confronts this "Reformer," telling him he's discovered the truth, that Arnold Black is Arthur Brown, the Cluemaster. After Brown expresses his grief at his daughter's death, he informs Batman that his estranged wife, Crystal, is also going to the media. Batman saves Crystal from Black Mask, but she destroys the medical records of Stephanie's death. Meanwhile, the Joker attacks Black Mask, claiming that he's angry because Mask took Joker's favorite job, killing Robin.
