Brian is a friend of Steph's who enjoys going to parties in abandoned subway stations and dousing girls with water guns. Stephanie quickly bested him in the squirt gun fight.
Steph isn't very impressed with Brian though, she called him pathetic. Steph's friend Bailey noted that he had a crush on Stephanie, however.
Brian has a Mohawk, goatee and earrings, and enjoys dressing in a punk style.
