Summary of Stephness: The Joker runs about terrorizing Gotham, the Black Mask masquerades as Batman (and gets pummeled by the real Batman for it), Black continues to make accusations about all the players in War Games, and Batman notices some serious discrepancies in Leslie Thompkins's record keeping after the gang war. He knew that Stephanie could have lived, and now can prove it.
