With the city in chaos, Tarantula becomes the prime target of the G.C.P.D. Desperate for a victory, they're hell-bent on bringing her down. Batman must choose between stemming the violence and saving his newest ally.
Summary of Stephness: As Batman finds Orpheus's body, he notices a shred of Spoiler's cape. He orders Oracle to find her. When she does, she tells him, "She doesn't look good."
On the roofs, Stephanie has donned her mask again. As Batman finds her, she is talking to herself. "I...I tried...I tried...to stop..." Batman catches her just as she is about to fall off the roof, and folds her in his arms. "I just...wanted to...help."
At the clinic, Leslie tells Batman that there is internal bleeding. Batman orders/begs her to save Stephanie. "Just...save her. Please."
Stephanie wakes up, and Batman is there. She learns that Orpheus is dead, and tells Batman she ruined everything. Batman insists that "Everything you've done, everything you've been through, this city owes you. And so do I." Oracle calls him away to help Tarantula.
