Batgirl’s about to lose the greatest weapon in her arsenal…her mind is failing her! Is her ragtag group of allies enough to pick up the slack?

Summary of Stephness: After a few days, the Hasigawas seem to have renounced seeking Steph's blood, so Babs takes her back to the Row apartment, where Steph introduces Bluebird (Harper Row). Babs tells them about a heist she needs to run on the GCPD because of the fallout from her research project being hijacked last issue, and they both agree to help, Steph doing so extremely enthusiastically.

As Frankie runs operations through cameras and earpieces, Steph and Babs enter the station using uniforms Steph procured. A creepy officer hits on Steph, and the team trips the system lock-down. To escape, Frankie orders Harper to cut all power, and Steph knocks the creepy office out with a phone just as he recognizes Babs.

Quickly changing into their costumes, Spoiler and Batgirl run into a super powered criminal named Corporal Punishment who was set free by the power shutdown. Steph gives it her best shot, but unfortunately Punishment is, well, super powered. Babs muffles her with her cape, and Steph points out that Punishment's weakness is electricity. Harper arrives at the last minute with her stun gun to save the day.

As Team Batgirl climbs the roof to make good their escape, they see an army of robot Batmen flying around the city. Harper asks Babs if Steph could live in the safe house permanently to give her some dork-free space, which Steph takes in good humor. Babs says she owes the girls one, and Harper says she knows where to find them if she needs more help.

Behind the Scenes: There's an editor's note under Harper's appearance: "This story takes place before Bluebird started globe-hopping in Batman and Robin Eternal!" which makes timelines a very tricky thing. Given the information that Harper hangs up her mask (at least temporarily) because of the events of Eternal, that note makes a lot more sense now!
